The temperature of the baths at the time of zincing is 455-465 degrees C, which gives a very good and resistant adhesion of the zinc layer to the base material.
The deposited zinc layer is from 0.08mm to 0.2mm on each surface of the material, depending on the chemical composition of the base material and depending on the time the material is immersed in the zinc bath.
Thermally zinc-plated rectangular or square pipe is very weather resistant and is suitable for those metal structures, such as fences, urban or garden furniture that are located in unsuitable geographical areas in terms of the use of metallurgical materials (for example: maritime areas - very saline, mountainous areas, frequent rainfall areas - parallel 45).
